How to get an offer
Enter your customer code in the claim calculator for a preliminary estimate right away, then send us your claim details. A firm offer follows within one business day. For claims with no distributions yet, the offer is a percentage of face value; if FTX has already paid part of the claim, it is a percentage of the amount still to be paid.

Documents and checks
Qredax verifies your identity through Sumsub and reviews your claim's Kroll records. You do not need to complete FTX KYC before selling. The guide to sale documents lists what to prepare.

The SAC and payment
You and Qredax sign a written Sale and Assignment of Claim (SAC) remotely. Qredax pays when the SAC is signed, in the currency you choose: BTC, ETH, XRP, USDT, USDC or a bank transfer.

Notice of Transfer in case 22-11068
Qredax then files a Notice of Transfer with the court in case 22-11068 and pays the $28 court transfer fee itself.

Kroll validation and the 21 days
Kroll, the claims agent, validates the transfer and sends notice to both parties. Under FTX's Guidelines on Sales of Claims, that notice starts a 21-day period in which either party can dispute the transfer; it is not a payment deadline. The transfer becomes final after it is registered.

What you are selling
You sell the claim itself: your right to what FTX still owes on it. Related rights pass with it, including rights in class actions over the FTX collapse and in government recovery funds. You do not sell the FTX account, and handing over an account does not transfer the claim. If an account was bought or sold informally, see the FAQ on P2P accounts.
Who can sell
Qredax buys claims of all classes: 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B and 7. It works with creditors from Russia, China, Ukraine and other countries where FTX distributions are restricted, except where sanctions prohibit the deal. Claims with incomplete or failed KYC, a dispute or an expungement are reviewed case by case and valued differently. There is no minimum claim size.
No seller fees
Qredax charges sellers no fees and pays the $28 court transfer fee itself.
Selling part of a claim
You can sell part of a claim and keep the rest; the SAC states exactly which part is sold. More in the guide to partial sales.
